Fears over missing children in care in London

Evidence has emerged that some London boroughs have no idea about some of the children they legally care for. Around 1,600 children have gone missing at some point in London while under the care of a local authority. Some boroughs were able to provide the date but others could not. VoR’s Juliet Spare reports.
