WHO warns of global antibiotic resistance threat

The World Health Organisation (WHO) says that antibiotic resistance is a serious threat to global health. It’s making diseases and infections more and more difficult to combat with standard antibiotics. WHO now says that this issue is posing a “major global threat”. But how did it get to be like this?
