Breast cancer self-examination doing more harm than good, says GP

An article over on the Voice of Russia by Brendan Cole. The breast cancer awareness campaign championed by the Sun newspaper calling for women to examine their breasts regularly may actually cause more harm than good, according to Glasgow GP Margaret McCartney. She said that public health messages should be based on evidence. VoR's Brendan Cole spoke to Dr McCartney.
